PicVentures lets you upload photos, log national park visits, and explore them on an interactive map. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

2. Your Account

  • You must provide accurate account information.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Keep your login credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized use.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of photos and other content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process it solely to operate and improve PicVentures, including any map sharing features you enable.

You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer the service.
  • Do not use the service for spam, harassment, or illegal activity.
  • Do not access another user's account or data without permission.

5. Termination

You may stop using PicVentures at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we need to protect the service or other users.

6. Disclaimers

PicVentures is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PicVentures and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PicVentures after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
